Are your reports accepted in deposit disputes?
Yes, our reports are written to professional standards recognised by deposit protection schemes including DPS, MyDeposits, and TDS.
📅 During the Inspection
Do I need to be present?
Attendance is optional. We can collect and return keys directly from your agent, landlord, or tenant for convenience.
How long does an inspection take?
It depends on the property size. Most take between 45 minutes - 2 hours.
