We’ll send a clear, fixed price based on your property size and location.
Once confirmed, your appointment will be booked and you’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice.

🏠 Step 3 – We Inspect the Property

Our experienced clerks visit the property to record its full condition, take detailed notes and capture high-resolution photos throughout.

📄 Step 4 – Receive Your Report

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a digital PDF report straight to your inbox, complete with descriptions and time stamped photographs which can be signed by all parties.
