Tell us which service you need and your preferred date and time.

Step 2 – Confirm Your Quote

We’ll send a clear, fixed price based on your property size and location.
Once confirmed, your appointment will be booked and you’ll receive a confirmation email and invoice.

Step 3 – We Inspect the Property

Our experienced clerk visits the property to record its full condition, take detailed notes and captures high-resolution photos of every room.

Step 4 – Receive Your Report

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a digital PDF report straight to your inbox, complete with descriptions and embedded photographs.

Step 5 – Peace of Mind

Your report acts as a fair, independent record for both landlord and tenant, helping to protect deposits and avoid future disputes.
